## 1. Who we are

Preveni Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Ltda., company ID (CNPJ) 35.502.256/0001-81, headquartered at Rod. José Carlos Daux, 4190, Suite 101 B, Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC, Brazil, postal code 88032-005 ("Preveni"), is the controller of the personal data processed through the preveni.com.br website, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (the General Personal Data Protection Law, or "LGPD").

## 2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors to preveni.com.br and to anyone who contacts us through forms, email, phone or WhatsApp (business contacts).

## 3. What data we collect

**Data you provide.** Name, email, phone, institution, job title and the content of your message, when you request a demo, ask for the DecSense datasheet, fill in a form or contact us by email or WhatsApp. In the [Personal Data Request Form](https://preveni.com.br/en/personal-data-request/), we collect the data needed to handle your request.

**Data collected automatically.**

- Our own audience statistics: we use an in-house tool that does not use cookies and does not store your IP address (the only exception is described in the ROI calculator item below). For each visit we store a record with the page visited, the traffic source, the approximate country, state and city, the time, the device type, the browser and the time spent, along with a classification of the visit as human or automated. If you arrive through a Google ad, we also store that click's identifier. To count unique visitors within a single day, we generate a scrambled code from your IP address and your browser, which changes every day. These records do not contain your name or your IP address and are not used to build a behavioral profile. You can object to this measurement at any time (see how in the [Cookie Policy](https://preveni.com.br/en/cookie-policy/)).
- Simulations in the ROI calculator: when you click "Calculate ROI and savings", we store the figures you entered (number of sensors, price per sensor, injuries avoided and costs provided), the result, the pages you visited during that session, your IP address, the network and carrier identified from it, the approximate city and state, the device and the browser. Unlike the audience statistics, this record does store the IP address, because the simulation is an expression of commercial interest and this data allows us to prepare our response. We keep it for 180 days.
- Cookies and similar technologies, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics) and Meta Pixel (marketing). Names, purposes and retention periods are listed in the [Cookie Policy](https://preveni.com.br/en/cookie-policy/).
- Security logs from the website's delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare), needed for protection against attacks and bots.

The website does not collect clinical data or patient data.

## 4. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

- Responding to requests, scheduling demos and preparing proposals: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
- Sending requested materials, such as the DecSense datasheet: preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V).
- Sending marketing communications about products, content and events: consent (art. 7, I). You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails or by writing to us.
- Measuring audience and improving the website: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) for our own audience statistics, which use neither cookies nor your name; consent (art. 7, I) for analytics and marketing cookies.
- Ensuring the security of the website and preventing fraud and abuse: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations: art. 7, II.
- Recording and responding to those who run ROI simulations on the website's calculator, including the IP address and the source network: legitimate interest in identifying business opportunities and understanding use of the tool (art. 7, IX), with the possibility of objecting at any time.

## 5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data with vendors that support our operation, limited to what is necessary:

- HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation): receives the data submitted through the forms and the history of the business relationship;
- Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Pixel): usage statistics and campaign measurement, only with your consent;
- Cloudflare (website security and delivery) and Microsoft Azure (hosting);
- email service providers.

We may also share data to comply with a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.

## 6. International transfers

Some of these vendors process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer takes place under art. 33 of the LGPD, with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

## 7. Cookies

The use of cookies and similar technologies, with the name, purpose and retention period of each, is described in the [Cookie Policy](https://preveni.com.br/en/cookie-policy/). You control what you authorize in the notice shown on your first visit and can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.

## 8. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access control and monitoring. No system is completely secure; if we identify a security incident that may pose a relevant risk to you, we will report it as required by the LGPD.

## 9. How long we keep data

- Business contacts and leads: for as long as the relationship lasts or there is a legitimate interest in keeping the commercial history, or until you request deletion.
- Records of your choice in the cookie notice: for up to 5 years, as evidence.
- Our own audience statistics: kept indefinitely, for historical comparison of the website's audience, in records that contain neither your name nor your IP address.
- ROI calculator simulations, including IP address and network: 180 days.
- Cookies: for the periods stated in the [Cookie Policy](https://preveni.com.br/en/cookie-policy/).
- Data linked to legal obligations: for the periods required by law.

## 10. Your rights

Upon request, the LGPD guarantees you:

- confirmation that processing exists and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law;
- portability of the data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the option not to give consent and the consequences of refusal;
- withdrawal of consent;
- objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

We will respond as soon as possible, within the time limits set by the LGPD. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

## 11. Children and adolescents

The Preveni website is aimed at healthcare professionals and institutions. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children or adolescents.

## 12. Links to third-party websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites. This policy applies only to preveni.com.br. We recommend reading the privacy policies of the websites you visit.

## 13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page and, for relevant changes, we will post a notice on the website.
